Mission Statement
T.O.U.C.H is a new look on life that plans to obtain a family center focused on four (4) components. They include: a twenty-four (24) hour Daycare Center, a Youth services, adult and senior support services. The Daycare was something that we wanted to do because of all the single parents in the world today. We are not speaking solely on single mothers. There are a lot of single father's, and grandparents raising children who have to work full time jobs to support their children. We also want this to be something to help the young mothers stay in school by having a safe place to take their children. Many daycare centers provide services from 6a.m. to 6p.m., but what about the parents' who work after 6p.m.? The Youth Center will be provided for children ages 6 thru 18.
The Youth component was conceived with the dream of giving access to the inner city children many of the resources and activities that are not being offered to them. Children in the inner city don't have access to the resources and activities that most children are offered in the Suburban areas. So what we are trying to do is make baseball, basketball, and football teams available for anyone who would like to play these sports, along with teaching different arts and craft skill training, music, provide educational and leadership groups, and so much more to broaden there minds. We want to show our children today that you can be more than a Rapper. Most children today look up to rappers or an image portrayed on television. What happened to the Doctors', lawyers, dentists, astronauts, and so fourth. Many of those professions are not thought of today as they once were 20 years ago. We also plan to include the entire family by offering support services, workshops, field trips and conferences to adults and seniors. Building up the entire family one by one!

We have been working on getting TOUCH up and running for over a year now and I think it's well past the time. However, this can only be done with your help. We need your support! We are trying to build centers in Chicago to help our children, youth and adults. We have been holding teen talks, clean out your closet clothing drives, volunteer services for shelters, Misericordia Homes, and many more. The youth is interested in a mentoring program and to have more teen talks. Yes we plan on having many, many more events, (such as a family bowling and skating night) to name a few.
Our crime rate in Chicago is constantly rising and it is our children who are caught in the cross fire. Yes you have been hearing this all year, so it's time to start acting on what people are saying they want to do, or see done. Well we plan on starting programs in as many areas in Chicago as needed. We are incorporated and are working towards receiving our 501(c)(3). We are ready! This organization will provide opportunities for our youth to see a better life, our children to have a chance to develop in an educational and loving environment and for our adults to have support groups, activities and chances to succeed even after becoming an adult. We will also provide jobs, resources and so much more.
The layout has been done. We are ready and willing to work in any Chicago land area to help unify, and bring services and support to areas that are in need. We want to help. We have qualified people who have various experiences working in different areas of life willing to step up and help. Help us Help your community!
