In order to begin the process, so much must be obtained. One of the first documents we must obtain is our 501(c) (3), which is our tax exempt status. This document alone cost $750. We have been receiving donations to obtain this document, but we still need help. Believing and having faith in someone or something is not always easy. However when you believe in something or someone, you assist them with accomplishing any goal they may have. This is what T.O.U.C.H. is asking of you. We are asking that you have faith and believe in our mission and the goal we will accomplish. We are asking for your prayers as well as a donation. Every donation counts and will assist us with making a positive difference in the lives of others. Matthew 13: 20 reads, “And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.” This is what we believe and what we are striving to do. T.O.U.C.H. is a not-for-profit organization that was established January 2005. T.O.U.C.H. was officially incorporated January 10, 2005. Since being incorporated, T.O.U.C.H. has held many volunteer service events to help unite Chicago-land communities all over. Some of our events include a clean out your closet clothing drive in which the clothes where donated to Door of Hope shelter on the Southside, several teen talks which gets youth together to discuss issues they face today, and a women to women. As T.O.U.C.H. continues to grow, we have decided to move towards opening a family growth and child development center.
